Our Promise To You

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We're so sure you will be happy with our level of service and the high quality of our products, every purchase comes with Karlleo Blinds promise to you: If you are not completely satisfied with your window covering purchase, please contact us within two weeks of receipt of your order and we will do everything we can to correct the situation and make you happy.

Since all of the window coverings from Karlleo Blinds are custom, made-to-order, please follow our instructions carefully regarding measuring, installation and our color disclaimer policy. You can be certain of your measurements by carefully following our online measuring instructions. If color accuracy is very important to you, please order a FREE sample swatch to make sure you like the color before making your product selection.

We cannot offer any guarantees regarding measuring mistakes or incorrectly ordered color, product, or option selections. If you discover you made an error when ordering, we will be happy to assist you in having the window coverings remade. To help defray the cost of reordering the window covering in the correct specifications, Karlleo Blinds will offer a discount off the regular price of the replacement window covering.

Warranty

Karlleo warrants that all blinds will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, given normal use and provided that the blinds were installed properly in the window, Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, normal wear and tear, exposure to the elements, including but not limited to exposure to salty air, humidity, discoloration due to sunlight or the passage of time is not covered by this warranty.

Slat material used in blinds may contain variations in grain and texture and could appear randomly. Slight variations in color, as well as minimal warping may also occur. These are all naturally occurring tendencies when dealing with faux wood (PVC) and/or wood products and are considered acceptable. Returns for the above mentioned reasons are not warranted.


Custom Made Products

Measurements 

All of our window treatments are custom made to your exact measurements and specifications and, therefore, are not returnable. If you follow our measuring instructions carefully, you can be confident they will fit your window perfectly. Of course, we realize that mistakes may occur from time to time. If we make a mistake when manufacturing your blind or shade, we will either repair or remake them at no cost to you. If you make a mistake in measuring or entering your order, we can have your blind or shade remade for you at a discounted price.

Color Accuracy 

Although we do our best to make sure that the color images on our web site are accurate, due to monitor differences, actual colors and textures will vary. Since all our products are custom made and can not be returned, if an exact color match is important to you, then please request a Free Sample before you place your order. Keep in mind that there still may be some minimal color variations between the samples and the actual ordered product you receive, due to different run lots. Because of these variations, we recommend that when identical products and colors are to be used for more than one window in a room, that they all be ordered at the same time.

Fabric Back-Lighting

Fabric back-lighting occurs as light filters through the translucent and semi-translucent fabrics from behind. Online color images do not show you the effect of back lighting, which can soften colors and highlight fabric textures. If it is important for you to see how back-lighting affects the color or texture of a particular material, you can request a sample from us.

Stained Finish Real Wood Blinds

Due to the natural variances in wood's natural color and grain, each dye lot will vary for any of the stained wood products. These variances are minimal, but there is no way to ensure the color of stained wood blinds will be the same between every dye lot. If you are ordering multiple blinds that will be located in the same room, we strongly recommend that you order all of them at the same time. Sample colors may also vary slightly from your final order, as they may come from different dye lots than the blinds you receive.

Color Disclaimer

Order Changes And Cancellations

All of our products are made to order and production usually begins the day after an order is placed with us. Changes and cancellations can be done only before your order has gone into production. To request a change in your order, please contact us within 24 hours from the time you submitted your order. If production has already begun on your order, however, we will not be able to make any changes to your order. To request a cancellation of an order: For orders place between 12:00am - 9:00am EST, we must receive the request by 3:00pm EST; for orders placed between 9:00am - 11:59 EST, we must receive the cancellation request by 9:00am EST the following morning. Any cancellations that are able to be made will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Karlleo Blinds will refund your money less the 10% cancellation fee. Due to the production speed of our Quick-Ship products, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to these products once an order for them is placed with us. On rare occasions, there may be delays caused by out-of-stock materials, shipping delays, temporary factory overload, holidays, or other factors beyond the control of Karlleo Blinds. When the manufacturer contacts us regarding this situation, you will be notified immediately.

Returns

Our window treatments are custom made-to-order based on your measurements and specifications and are non-returnable. Our window treatments are manufactured to first quality standards, utilizing the highest quality materials and workmanship. In the unlikely event you receive a custom-made product damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days and we will offer solution for you to repair the product or replace.

Damaged Deliveries

When your order is delivered, please inspect the boxes carefully and note any immediately observed packaging damage to the driver. When you receive your order, please open the package immediately and inspect the contents for any damage that may have occurred during transit from the factory. If an item is received damaged in transit, please notify us within 5 days of the original delivery date so that a freight claim can be processed. Please keep the original packaging materials . IMPORTANT: If you do not notify Karlleo Blinds that an item has been damaged during shipment within this 5-day period, Karlleo Blinds will not be able to repair or replace the damaged merchandise at no cost to you.

Defective Merchandise

Upon receipt of your order, immediately open and inspect it thoroughly for any manufacturing defect. If you find your merchandise is defective or made incorrectly, please contact Karlleo Blinds within 7 days of the original delivery date. If the product requires replacement, you will be given a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA) and a shipping address to return the merchandise. Any return must have an RGA number or the claim will not be accepted. If you do not notify Karlleo Blinds that the merchandise is defective within this 7-day period, Karlleo Blinds will not be able to repair or replace the defective merchandise at no cost to you. Terms of Use

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old or visiting the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, we  hereby grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to access and use the Site by displaying it on your internet browser only for the purpose of shopping for personal items sold on the Site and not for any commercial use or use on behalf of any third party, except as explicitly permitted in advance. Any breach of this Agreement shall result in the immediate revocation of the license granted in this paragraph without notice to you.

Except as permitted in the paragraph above, you may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, lease, transmit, create derivative works from, translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile or otherwise exploit this Site or any portion of it unless expressly permitted in writing. You may not make any commercial use of any of the information provided on the Site or make any use of the Site for the benefit of another business unless explicitly permitted in advance. we reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if we believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to our interests.

You shall not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through this Site any Content, information, or other material that (a) violates or infringes the copyrights, patents, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights of any person; (b) is libelous, threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, pornographic, or could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under U.S. or international law; or (c) includes any bugs, viruses, worms, trap doors, Trojan horses or other harmful code or properties. We may assign you a password and account identification to enable you to access and use certain portions of this Site. Each time you use a password or identification, you will be deemed to be authorized to access and use the Site in a manner consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and we has no obligation to investigate the authorization or source of any such access or use of the Site.

You will be solely responsible for all access to and use of this site by anyone using the password and identification originally assigned to you whether or not such access to and use of this site is actually authorized by you, including without limitation, all communications and transmissions and all obligations (including, without limitation, financial obligations) incurred through such access or use. You are solely responsible for protecting the security and confidentiality of the password and identification assigned to you. You shall immediately notify any unauthorized use of your password or identification or any other breach or threatened breach of this Site's security.

Notice: we can ship from different warehouses. For orders with more than item, we may split your order into several packages according to stock levels at our own discretion. We will process orders according to the dispatch time indicated on the website. If the item has not been shipped based on this estimation, we will offer the customer a solution via the Support Center. If the customer contacts us before this we will act according to their requests and our policy. Thank you for your understanding.


Reviews and Comments

Except as otherwise provided elsewhere in this Agreement or on the site, anything that you submit or post to the site and/or provide, including, without limitation, ideas, know-how, techniques, questions, reviews, comments, and suggestions (collectively, "Submissions") is and will be treated as non-confidential and nonproprietary, and by submitting or posting, you agree to irrevocably license the entry and all IP rights related thereto (excluding the moral rights such as authorship right) to our site without charge and we shall have the royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and transferable right to use, copy, distribute, display, publish, perform, sell, lease, transmit, adapt, create derivative works from such Submissions by any means and in any form, and to translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile such Submissions. All Submissions shall automatically become the sole and exclusive property and shall not be returned to you and you agree not to raise any dispute in connection with any use of the entry in the future.

You warrant that your Submissions, in whole or in part, are clear and free of any IP right infringement, disputes or third party claims. we assumes no liability for any misuse of copyright or any other rights of third parties by you. You undertake to defense for and indemnify the Sponsor against any losses caused due to the use of the entries for any purposes.

In addition to the rights applicable to any Submission, when you post comments or reviews to the site, you also grant us the right to use the name that you submit with any review, comment, or other Content, if any, in connection with such review, comment, or other content. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the reviews, comments, and other Content that you post on this site and that use of your reviews, comments, or other Content will not infringe upon or violate the rights of any third party.
