The KARLLEO Shangri-La blinds are great. Very easy to install and look even better than I expected. What attracted me was the price - I have paid substantially more for motorized blinds in the past. I was very pleasantly surprised nor only the ease of installing, but the look is just what I wanted. The motor is slightly louder than the more expensive blinds but not a problem. I was extremely impressed with the customer service I received. My blind order included two remotes which were not the right ones for the Shangri-La blinds. I emailed KARLLEO and had a response within hours and the new remotes were on the way shortly thereafter. Without my asking, they refunded me for the extra batteries I had purchased for the incorrect remotes. Will be purchasing more KARLLEO blinds!

Good quality, good functionality, great value. The blinds met my expectations. The sheer nature of these blinds give it a very natural soft feel. Installation was pretty straight forward once I found instructions (they were not in every box- I ordered several blinds). I did have to get some help fine tuning tilt functionality from customer service but they were very responsive via email. I used Broadlink hub which worked ok, a little clunky but it works and enabled Alexa integration. All in all happy with purchase.
